ISEO Serrature SpA, an extension of the individual concern of Giuseppe Facchinetti, was founded in 1969 in Pisogne (BS), Italy, as a manufacturer of locks, cylinders and padlocks.
Since then, ISEO Serrature has become a leading company in the domestic and foreign markets and has evolved into a group: ISEO Holding.
Since 1998 the company has taken over a number of concerns in order to achieve a wider range of products and services. From traditional locks to access control systems, from single products to global services and integrated solutions based on "reasoned technology" : this is Iseo's concrete answer to the growing demand for safety. This process has a double purpose: on one hand, to complete the offer for safety and on the other hand to extend the group's world market share.
For this reason, a number of trading and manufacturing companies were founded world-wide to support both the domestic and the international market.
Cerraduras Iseo Iberica, in Madrid, for the Spanish and South-American markets; Iseo Middle East, in Dubai, for the Middle-East and Indo-Pakistan markets.
In 2002, with the acquisition of Etablissements Cavers, a historic French company in the safety field, the ISEO HOLDING aims at strengthening its position in this market.
In 2004 there were two additional important acquisitions:
the German company Schlosssicherung Gera specialized in the marketing and production of high mechanical quality cylinders, to carry out the most complex and biggest master key systems developed for public projects and residential.
the Italian company Fiam with a specialized range of technologically advanced products for security, both from mechanical design or electronic, that adapt to the different security needs of large building and private dwellings. |

Over its nearly thirty-year-old activity, Iseo Serrature has become a leader in the field of safety.
Nowadays, the Iseo Holding is implementing a global strategy focused on the change from traditional safety systems to integrated and user-friendly safety solutions and services, with technical support for installers.
The ISEO Holding also has a participation in Entra Italian Doorhandles (born from the merger between Maniglie Pasotti and Eurobras |

Born in Lumezzane (BS) in 1948.
Married, three children.
He began his activity in the family business ISEO Serrature di Giuseppe Facchinetti in 1972, giving a key contribution to the company growth. In 1978 he played an active role in the definition of ISEO Serrature new operating and entrepreneurial profile as far as the finance and administration are concerned.
In this year ISEO Serrature became a joint-stock company and Evaristo Facchinetti was appointed Managing Director. |
