For this reason Iseo has introduced a new online service for orders consultation. Now, customers can follow at any time the progress of their orders in total security using a password. The new portal, available in 5 languages, shows the shipment date and all details on the delivery note. Therefore, customers can keep track of their shipments in real time, from the departure from our factory to the arrival at their house.

NumeroChiuso is an online service allowing a real control over the duplication of your keys. This service is linked to the ISR100 Web, the security cylinder with patented key. A few days after buying the cylinder, the customer will receive a personal pin number in order to request a duplicate of his key and to be recognized in all specialized Iseo Points. A network of highly-specialized operators is already covering the whole domestic territory: call toll-free 800-258675 to find out the nearest Iseo Point.
